Description
January 2026 – May 2026 | Full-Time | In Person We are hiring a Long-Term Substitute Teacher for Elementary Learning Support to serve students in New Holland, Pennsylvania. This role begins January 2026 and continues through May 2026, Monday through Friday. You’ll support elementary learners who benefit from targeted academic intervention, consistent instructional routines, and structured guidance. Your Role: - Provide small-group and individualized instruction aligned with students’ learning support needs - Support literacy, math, and foundational academic skill development - Implement lessons that align with IEP goals and intervention plans - Collaborate daily with SPED teachers, general educators, interventionists, and paraprofessionals - Maintain accurate academic and progress documentation - Create a stable, supportive, and inclusive learning environment - Assist with accommodations, behavior supports, and classroom routines as needed Schedule: - Full-time: Monday–Friday - 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM - Fully on-site in New Holland, PA - January 2026 – May 2026 (spring semester assignment) What You’ll Need: - To qualify for this role, candidates must hold one of the following active Pennsylvania certifications: - Special Education PK–8, and/or - Special Education N–12 Additional preferred qualifications: - Experience supporting elementary learners - Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills - A calm, adaptable, and student-centered approach Compensation Options of W2 Employee: - $25–$32/hour - Payroll processing and tax withholding handled - Consistent support throughout the school year 1099 Contractor: - Up to $45/hour - Flexible earning structure - Weekly or biweekly direct deposits - Both options include access to our tools and coordination support.
