    Hi, SLP team; input needed.

Patient with Lt MCA infarct with subcortical involvement. acute stage. Global aphasia recovering to severe brocas (?). Automatic speech appears to emerge, dysarthric slurred speech emerging.

I started with AAC, ipad based typing and Awaz app for functional communication.
Patient is functionally communicating by typing a few words and uses the word production program.

I plan to use MIT principles and kinematics therapy as apraxic element is present.

I would love to collaborate your input in planning treatment for this complex scenario. Your input will certainly help me manage this complex case. Thanks.
