We’re hiring school-based Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support K–12 students across Chehalis, Washington for the current school year. This part-time, in-person opportunity is available as either W2 or 1099, offering flexible scheduling, therapist-first support, and smart tools that reduce burnout instead of adding to it.

Your Role
- Provide occupational therapy services that support participation in school routines, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and functional classroom engagement
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, paraeducators, and IEP teams to develop and monitor student goals
- Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and progress summaries using Liri AI tools to save time
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer classroom-based recommendations that improve student outcomes
- Travel between school sites within a manageable area with scheduling support from Liricare
Schedule:
- Part-time, on-site in Chehalis
- In-person during school hours
- Flexible day(s) based on district needs and your availability
- Consistent caseload and steady school-based schedule
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington OT license (or eligibility)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, reliable follow-through, and collaborative mindset
- Confidence working with IEP teams and documenting educationally relevant goals
