Description
Make up to $75/hour on W-2 or $90/hour on 1099 while supporting students with diverse learning needs in a collaborative, in-person school environment. We’re currently seeking full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students in Contra Costa County, California. This is an in-person, school-based role ideal for therapists who enjoy working within interdisciplinary teams and making a direct impact on student independence and functional outcomes. Liricare is a people-first platform focused on long-term success for clinicians. - Transparent pay with clear, upfront rates - Smart AI tools (Liri AI) to streamline documentation and reporting - Dedicated support from experienced school services professionals - Long-term partnerships with school districts - Ongoing guidance throughout your assignment About the Role: - Provide school-based occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals - Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, speech therapists, and school psychologists - Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skill development - Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation - Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines Schedule: - Full-time and part-time opportunities available - In-person role in Contra Costa County - Assignment begins ASAP and runs through the school year What You’ll Need? - Active California Occupational Therapy license - Prior school-based experience preferred - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently - Experience working with diverse student populations preferred Compensation & Structure: - Earn up to $75/hour on W-2 or $90/hour on 1099, based on experience - Flexible structure depending on availability (full-time or part-time) - Dedicated Liricare support throughout your placement Ready to Apply?
