Location: Prineville, OR Position: Full-Time Setting: In-Person, School-Based Start Date: As Soon As Possible Compensation: $58–$63 per hour on W-2 or up to $77 per hour on 1099 ABOUT THE ROLE LiriCare is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students at a school district in Prineville, Oregon. You’ll provide direct speech and language services to students across the district’s caseload, including assessments, IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with special education teams, classroom teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s communication goals. The district is looking for someone who can begin as soon as possible. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - $58–$63 per hour on W-2, based on experience and credentials - Up to $90 per hour on a 1099 contract - Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible W-2 employees - Retirement savings options - Professional development support - Relocation or sign-on assistance for select candidates - Free access to eligible LiriCare platform tools WHAT YOU’LL DO - Conduct speech and language assessments for students across a range of ages and needs - Develop individualized speech-language goals and treatment plans - Provide direct therapy in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication - Participate in IEP meetings and contribute assessments, goals, recommendations, and progress updates - Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed - Maintain accurate service records and documentation - Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other members of the educational team - Provide consultation and support to school staff and families when needed - Travel between school sites within the district, where required WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain one - Experience working with school-age students preferred - Understanding of IEPs and school-based special education services - Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Ability to work full-time and in person in Prineville - Availability to begin as soon as possible - Ability to complete all district-required background checks and onboarding requirements ABOUT PRINEVILLE Prineville offers a close-knit Central Oregon community surrounded by open landscapes, outdoor recreation, and easy access to Bend and Redmond.
