Liricare is currently seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver high-quality SLP services at a nursing home in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is ideal for licensed SLPs who enjoy working with adult and geriatric populations and who are seeking flexibility with a reliable, part-time schedule.

About the Role:
- Provide in-person speech-language pathology services in a nursing home setting
- Assess and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility and regulatory standards
Schedule:
- Part-time in-person position, Santa Rosa, CA
- Minimum commitment: 3 days per week
- 4–6 hours per day preferred (minimum 4)
- Consistent weekly schedule with flexible day options
What You’ll Need:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently in a nursing home environment
- Comfort with documentation and compliance requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn up to $65/hour on W-2 or up to $80/hour on 1099 (depending on experience)
