Carol Spina

Carol Spina has over fifteen years of experience as an Education Administrator, Teacher, and Leader. She is also a Child Development Specialist, providing developmental support and services to children aged 0-3 and their families. Carol has a Principal Certification, a Master's Degree in Arts Administration, an MBA in Marketing, and an MS in Instruction.

Carol is passionate about creating a school culture of academic excellence, diversity, and inclusion, and developing well-rounded students who are lifelong learners. She has many skills in curriculum development and implementation, organizational restructuring, operations, finance, special education, strategic planning, advancement, and stakeholder relations.

Carol has successfully led teams and projects that enhanced the educational program and optimized the resources of the institutions she served. She is a dependable mentor and a collaborative leader who fosters open communication and empowerment among students, parents, faculty, board members, donors, and strategic partners.
