I am a highly qualified educator, with 20+ years of experience of teaching and mentoring new teachers, students and adults. I utilize multi-sensory learning processes and strategies, in conjunction with the individuals’ social/emotional behavior, health issues and family history. Present PD’s and Coach teachers 1 on 1 to ensure best practices in education are being provided. Help general education teachers identify students with special needs and provide strategies and programs to ensure acheivement for all students.
Working with students and student teachers virtually kinder-12, to ensure they reach their highest potential by:
Determining learning style, and individual social/emotional/academic needs.
Create a safe and warm atmosphere to allow students to express their feelings and find their own unique expression.
Advocate for and teach students according to their present ability.
Provide academic/emotional/social support as per IEP goals.
