With 10 years of experience as a full-time pediatric OT, including 4 years as a manager of the OT department, I can offer the clinical skills and self-determination to deliver effective and efficient quality of treatment required especially through teletherapy. I have consistent experience providing therapy virtually since 2020 and am keenly aware of its challenges and great potential when implemented well.
I have worked with infants with neuromuscular delays, feeding delays, school-aged working on fine motor and visual motor skills, adaptive skills like dressing, executive functioning skills as well as life-skills for transitioning out of high school. I enjoy collaborating with various disciplines (speech, physical, nutritionist, medical specialists) but most importantly, working with the caregivers, siblings and the client to improve his/her overall well-being.
