Melissa Tuell

I am a multi-state licensed Occupational Therapist (CA, WA, NV, NY) since 1996 and telehealth clinician since 2014, providing virtual therapy services for students across K–12 settings. My expertise is delivering high-quality, individualized therapeutic interventions through secure, live video platforms, supporting children with diverse needs—especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as neuromuscular re-education, sensory regulation techniques, strength and flexibility training, handwriting and scissor skills. I blend strong clinical foundations with an intuitive understanding of developmental and neurological challenges. I am passionate about mentorship, supervises interdisciplinary teams and fosters professional growth among new therapists.
