NITHYA JOSE

With five years of experience in special education, I specialize in supporting students with intellectual disabilities, Autism, and Down syndrome through individualized learning plans and tailored teaching strategies. My expertise lies in developing effective IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and creating engaging TLMs (Teaching-Learning Materials) to enhance student learning outcomes.

I have a strong research-driven mindset. I constantly explore new disabilities I encounter and modify or develop TLMs accordingly to ensure effective learning. Additionally, I collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and associate in behavior management and implement evidence-based teaching strategies to foster meaningful progress.
I am CPI trained, ASDAN trained, and ABA trained.

Holding a B.Ed. in Special Education (Intellectual Disability), I am committed to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments where every student can thrive.
