Vianavi Romero

I am an experienced professional in early childhood education and behavioral support, currently working as an ABA Behavior Technician at Autism Learning Partners. In this role, I provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum, focusing on evidence-based strategies, data analysis, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Previously, I served as a Lead Teacher at the Lincoln Extended Day Activity Program, where I developed engaging curricula and supported children's unique developmental needs, resulting in two promotions over six years. My background also includes working as a Lead Teacher/Behavior Specialist Assistant at Primrose Schools, where I employed de-escalation techniques to create a positive classroom environment.

In addition to my educational experience, I have strong organizational and leadership skills demonstrated through my role as an Amazon Ambassador, alongside customer service roles that enhanced my communication abilities. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and certifications in CPR, AED, Basic First Aid, and as a preschool, infant, and toddler teacher. I am passionate about fostering positive environments for children and families and am eager to contribute my skills to a new team.
