I'm excited to announce that I have been invited to speak at the upcoming workshop titled "Exploring the Bidirectional Relationship Between Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience," hosted by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. This prestigious event in Washington, D.C., set for March 25-26, 2024, will be a gathering of eminent experts from various sectors within the neuroscience and AI communities.
My presentation will delve into the intertwined progression of AI and neuroscience, focusing on how the principles of human learning, language acquisition, and cognitive development can inform and be enhanced by AI technology. Drawing from my extensive background in integrating AI with educational and therapeutic applications, I will showcase some of the projects I've been working on, particularly AI applications for autistic and neurodivergent users.
This workshop is not only an opportunity to share knowledge but also to listen, learn, and contribute to the essential dialogue on the future of AI in neuroscience research. I am excited to be a part of these crucial conversations and to help shape strategies that enhance public and regulatory understanding of AI applications.
